Send us a WhatsApp message with the card type and denomination. A real human responds within 2 minutes during business hours (8am–10pm WAT daily). Outside these hours, we respond within 30 minutes.
Step 2: Rate Agreement — 1 minute
We confirm the current rate for your specific card and denomination. You agree or don't. No pressure.
Step 3: Card Verification — 1 to 3 minutes
You send the card details. We verify the balance in real time using official APIs. For physical cards, we may ask for a clearer photo — this adds 2–3 minutes.
Step 4: Payment — 1 to 5 minutes
Bank transfers to Nigerian banks process within 1–5 minutes for all major banks. Fintechs (OPay, Kuda, PalmPay) tend to be fastest.
Total Realistic Time: Under 15 Minutes
End to end, most trades complete in 5–15 minutes. The slowest part is usually waiting for a clear card photo or the bank transfer to reflect. We've done trades in under 3 minutes.
