How to trade your Advance Auto Parts gift card

  1. Check the balance: Before selling your gift card, confirm the remaining balance using the Advance Auto Parts balance checker or call 1-877-238-2623.

> Note: If it reads $0.00 and the card is genuinely unused, that usually means it is not yet activated. You have to re-enter the number and, if it's still $0.00, call the customer support to explain your gift card issue.

2. Prepare your card details: If you have a physical gift card, take clear photos of the front and back with the card number and PIN visible. If it's a digital gift card, send the original delivery email or a clear screenshot showing the gift card details. Clear information helps us verify your card more quickly.
