1. Check the balance first: Visit Albertsons gift card balance inquiry page for its own branded cards, linked directly from the gift cards section of the official website. Enter the card details and the figure comes straight back. If you'd rather speak to a person, call 1-877-723-3929 and choose option 4, which reaches the gift card team specifically rather than general grocery support. Any checkout lane can also scan the card for you.

2. Take a clear photo: Capture the front and back with the card number and the PIN clearly readable. The PIN sits under a scratch panel on the back, so take it off slowly with the edge of a coin. Grocery cards live in the bottom of handbags and glove compartments, and a PIN that's been rubbed to half-legibility costs sellers real money, because a card we can't read is a card we can't buy. If you still have the receipt from when it was loaded, send a photo of that too.
