ALDI Gift Card

1. Confirm the balance on your card: Go to ALDI's gift card balance page. The page shows a diagram of the back of the card so you can find the right string of digits, then asks for the last 19 digits plus the PIN. ALDI doesn't run a phone line for balance checks, so if the page won't take your details, take the card to any ALDI and ask a store associate to look it up at the till. One thing to know upfront: the online checker doesn't work on cards that were issued as merchandise returns.

2. Take a clear photo: The number and PIN both sit on the back above the barcode, so that's the shot that matters most. Get it flat and in focus, then take the front as well. Because these cards are reloadable, please send us the balance the checker returns rather than the amount you think is on it. The two often don't match, and a mismatch means we have to re-verify before we can pay you.

3. Message us on WhatsApp": Send the balance and your photos across on WhatsApp. We'll quote you the current ALDI rate, confirm it with you before we go further, and once the card checks out on our end we'll give you a payment timeline and send the funds to your bank account.
