How to trade your Carter's gift card
- Check the balance: Go to Carter's official gift-card balance page and enter the gift card number and PIN.
- Take a photo: For a physical Carter's gift card, take clear pictures when requested and keep the card itself. For an e-gift card, save the original email or digital copy. A receipt can also help with verification.
- Tap "Sell My Card": Send us a message on WhatsApp. Describe the card and upload the requested images, receipt and other verification details. Do not post the gift card number or PIN publicly.
- Review the current rate: The Nigerian resale rate can change. We will confirm the rate applicable to your Carter's gift card before the transaction is completed.
- Receive your payout: Once your card has been verified, you will receive the expected transaction timeline. Provide the bank details requested and receive your payment when the trade is completed.
