American Express Gift Card

1. Confirm the balance: Visit the official American Express gift card balance page and enter the card number, the four-digit security code from the front of the card, and the expiration date. You can also call 1-888-846-4308, the number printed on the back of the card, and the automated line will read your balance back. This same page and number will activate a card that isn't active yet, so check that first if the balance won't load.

2. Photograph the card: Shoot the front so the card number, the four-digit code and the Valid Thru date are all crisp, then the back for the signature strip and the customer service number. Unlike a store gift card, everything you need is printed on the front here, so there's no panel to scratch. If your card is digital, screenshot the full card view rather than typing the numbers out, since a transcription error on a sixteen-digit number is easy to make and slows the whole trade down.

3. Tap "Sell My Card": Message us on WhatsApp with the balance, the card format, and your photos. We'll give you the current American Express rate and confirm it with you before anything moves. Once we've verified the card on our end, we'll set out a payment timeline and send the funds to the bank account you provide.
