How to trade your At Home gift card
1. Check the balance: At Home runs a balance lookup on its gift card page. For problems with an e-gift card bought online, At Home directs customers to its e-gift card care team on 888-288-4654 or at athome@wgiftcard.com.
Given the bankruptcy, a balance check from three months ago is not good enough. Check it this week, and screenshot the result with the date visible.
2. Take clear Photos of both sides: Get the card number sharp, and check whether your card carries a PIN at all.
Cards without one cannot be redeemed online, which narrows the buyer pool considerably and is something we need to know up front rather than discover later.
3. Tap "Sell My Card": Send the photos on WhatsApp with the value, the PIN status, and your dated balance screenshot.
We will quote the current At Home rate, and we will be honest that it sits lower than a comparable healthy retailer's card because of the restructuring. We confirm the number with you, verify, then pay into your bank account.
