How to trade your NAPA gift card

  1. Check your balance: NAPA doesn't offer an online balance checker for U.S. gift cards. The easiest way to confirm the remaining balance is to visit any participating NAPA store and ask a cashier to check it for you. Knowing the correct balance helps us verify your card and provide an accurate offer.
  2. Keep your physical gift card: NAPA gift cards are redeemed using the physical card, so don't throw it away after checking the balance. We may ask for the physical card as part of the verification or redemption process, so keep it in good condition until the transaction is complete.
  3. Click "Sell My Card": Tell us the balance confirmed at the store and send us the required gift card details over WhatsApp. We'll verify the information, quote you our current rate, and confirm it with you before redeeming the card. Once the redemption is complete, we'll let you know exactly when to expect payment, and the agreed amount will be transferred directly to your bank account.
Important Note: NAPA Gift Cards can be activated and reloaded in-store for $5 to $500 per transaction, up to a $1,000 total balance, and are available for immediate use at participating NAPA locations only. They cannot be used online, applied to credit accounts, or replaced if lost or stolen. Also keep in mind that NAPA gift card redemptions will add funds to your account, while activations and reloads will withdraw funds from your account.
