Allbirds Gift Card

1. Look up the balance: Allbirds hosts a check gift card balance page on its own site. If your card came by email, there's a second route: the gift card page linked from that email always shows the current balance, so clicking "View Your Gift Card" gets you there without typing anything in. Allbirds doesn't publish a customer service phone line, but you can email help@allbirds.com with your card code and the team will look the balance up for you.

2. Capture the card: For a digital card, screenshot the gift card page or the full email so the code is complete and uncropped. For a physical card, shoot the front and back with the number and PIN sharp. Allbirds cards tend to arrive as gifts and sit in drawers still in their sleeve, so check the PIN panel hasn't been scuffed by the packaging before you photograph it.

3. Tap "Sell My Card": Send us the balance, the card type, and your photos over WhatsApp. We'll give you the current Allbirds rate, which shifts with demand, and confirm it with you before anything moves. After we've verified the card ourselves, we'll tell you when payment lands and send it to the bank account you provide.
