1. Start with the balance: Visit American Eagle's gift cards page to check your balance. Type in your card number and PIN. If you'd rather not go online, call 1-877-274-3004, the number printed in the card's own terms for balance enquiries. Any American Eagle or Aerie register can also scan it and read the figure back to you.

2. Take a photo of the card: Get the front and back in one clear set, with the full number and the PIN both readable. The PIN sits under a scratch panel, so work it off slowly with the edge of a coin rather than a fingernail. A panel torn deep enough to take a digit with it turns a good card into one nobody can verify, and that costs sellers real money. For a digital card, screenshot the whole delivery email rather than cropping to the code.

3. Tap "Sell My Card": Send us the balance, tell us whether it's physical or digital, and share your photos over WhatsApp. We'll quote the current American Eagle rate, which moves with demand, and confirm it with you directly before anything changes hands. Once our own check comes back clean, we'll tell you when to expect payment and send it to the bank account you provide.
