1. Confirm the balance on the card: Head to the official adidas gift cards page and check your balance. You'll be asked for the card number and PIN. If the tool won't accept your details or the balance looks wrong, call adidas customer service on tel:+1-800-982-9337 and an agent will look it up. Staff at any adidas store can also scan the card and tell you what's left.

2. Capture the card properly: For an eGift Card, screenshot the whole delivery email so the code and PIN are both visible and nothing is cut off at the edges. For a physical card, take clear photos of the front and back in even light. Keep the number and PIN sharp. Avoid shooting under a ceiling light directly overhead, since the glare tends to land right on the printed digits and wash them out. That single detail slows down more adidas trades than anything else.

3. Tap "Sell My Card": Send us the balance, the card format, and your photos on WhatsApp. We'll quote you the current adidas rate, which shifts depending on how much demand there is that week, and confirm it with you before we go any further. After we verify the card ourselves, we'll tell you when payment lands and send it to the bank account you give us.
