Open Discord on desktop or in a browser (not the balance-viewing part of mobile), go to User Settings, find the Gift Inventory or redemption section, and enter the 19-character code. Once redeemed, that balance is tied to your account and cannot be transferred to anyone else, so only redeem a card once you're sure you're keeping it.
