How to trade your Birkenstock gift card
1. Identify the card, then check the balance. If you have a 16-digit code from an email sent by BIRKENSTOCK, enter it on the official Birkenstock balance check page. If it validates, you have the official US gift certificate and you are in good shape. If it does not, look at who actually issued it. A card naming an independent shoe retailer runs on that retailer's own system, and you will need to contact them directly rather than Birkenstock.
2. Capture the whole email, not just the code. For a digital certificate, screenshot the full message showing the 16-digit code, the sender address and the order reference. Cropping down to the code alone removes the context that makes a digital certificate verifiable, and it is the difference between a fast trade and a slow one. If you hold a physical card from an independent retailer, photograph the front and back with the number and PIN in clear focus and scratch the panel gently.
3. Tap "Sell My Card". Tell us the value, the region the certificate was issued in, and whether it came from BIRKENSTOCK directly or from an independent retailer. Send your screenshots over to us on WhatsApp and we will quote you the current rate. The number is confirmed with you before anything changes hands, and once the balance check clears you get a payment window and payment into the bank account you nominate.
