How to trade your Books A Million gift card

  1. Check your balance: Sign in to Booksamillion and check your balance under Manage Payment, or call 1-844-687-9410 to confirm how much is left on your card.
  2. Prepare your card details: If you have a physical gift card, take clear photos of the front and back, making sure the PIN under the scratch-off panel is clearly visible. If you're selling an eGift Certificate, send the original email containing the gift card code and PIN. Clear details help us verify your card more quickly.
  3. Get Paid": Tell us the current balance on your gift card over WhatsApp, and we'll quote you our current rate. If you're happy with the offer, we'll ask you to send the card details for verification before redeeming the balance. Once the redemption is complete, we'll let you know exactly when to expect payment, and the agreed amount will be transferred directly to your bank account.
