How to trade your Barnes & Noble gift card

  1. Check your balance: Sign into your Barnes and Noble account and navigate to the Barnes and Noble gift card balance page. Enter your 15- or 19-digit gift card number with the 4-digit PIN, or call 800-295-3029 to hear your balance. If you prefer, you can also visit any Barnes & Noble store and ask a staff member to check it for you.
  2. Send your card details: If it's a physical card, take clear photos of the front and back, making sure the card number and PIN are easy to read. Be careful not to damage the scratch-off PIN area. If it's an e-Gift Card, simply send a screenshot of the gift card code and the original delivery email.
  3. Tap "Sell My Card": Tell us the balance on your gift card, whether it's a physical or an eGift card, and send clear photos or screenshots over WhatsApp. We'll verify the details and quote you our current rate. If you're happy with the offer, we'll redeem the remaining balance, let you know exactly when to expect payment, and transfer the agreed amount directly to your bank account.
