Fabletics Gift Card

Enter your email address or the 16-digit gift card code on Fabletics' balance check tool, or click the link in your original gift card notification email.

Enter the 16-digit code in the "Enter Coupon Code" section at checkout on fabletics.com, or visit the gift card redemption page directly. The balance converts into store credit on the account it's redeemed to, and you don't need a VIP membership to use it, though VIP members get member pricing on top.

Yes. A gift card's balance isn't limited to specific amounts or increments, and you can apply it across one or more purchases until it's used up.

The most common reasons are entering the code incorrectly, trying to use it on a sister site like JustFab or ShoeDazzle (Fabletics gift cards only work on fabletics.com), or the card already being redeemed to store credit on a different account than the one you're shopping with.

"Bounceback credit" isn't an officially named Fabletics program. It's a shopper term for either the VIP Credit members get for staying subscribed each month, or a promotional "$X off your next order" credit sometimes sent after a return. Both are different from a Fabletics gift card: they're tied to a member's own account, expire after 12 months, and generally can't be gifted or transferred.

No. VIP Credits and bounceback-style promotional credits stay tied to the member's account and expire after 12 months unused. They don't convert into a separate, transferable gift card.

This isn't explicitly addressed in Fabletics' published gift card FAQ, so it's worth checking directly at checkout to see whether a promotional code stacks with a gift card balance on a given order.

The gift card itself never expires and carries no fees. VIP Credits are different, those expire after 12 months if unused.

Only trade the actual gift card code, never a VIP Credit or promotional courtesy credit, since those are tied to an account and can't legitimately be transferred. Confirm the balance before sharing the full code with anyone.

Choose email delivery when purchasing and enter the recipient's details directly. The recipient doesn't need an existing VIP membership to redeem it.

Fabletics' published gift card terms describe online redemption on fabletics.com; usability at physical Fabletics retail locations isn't explicitly addressed, so it's worth confirming with a store directly if that's the intended use.
