How to trade your Verizon gift card
- Check the balance: Visit Verizon gift card balance page or call 800-876-4141 from any phone. Both are printed on the card.
- Take clear photo of the card: Front and back, in focus, with the full number and any PIN readable. Scratch the panel gently. Verizon states plainly that it is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards, and there's no reissue route, so a panel torn past reading is a balance nobody can reach. For a digital card, screenshot the original email. If you can't find it, Verizon's Check My Status page handles reissue for gift cards that came with a device order.
- Tap "Sell My Card": Send the photos to us on WhatsApp, then confirmed balance, and whether it's physical or digital. We'll quote the Verizon rate for that day. Once we verify the balance, your payment will be sent into the account you provided.
