Call DSW's dedicated gift card balance line at 1-888-895-2504, check it at dsw.com, or ask a cashier at any DSW store to look it up for you.

Follow any of this routes.

1. In-store: hand the physical card to the cashier at checkout.
2. Online: Visit dsw.com, enter the card number and PIN during payment.
3. For an eGift card used in-store, show the card number and PIN on your phone (or a printed copy) for the cashier to key in manually.

The cost of a DSW gift card in Naira depends on its dollar denomination and the current trading rate. Check the live rate on GiftCardCoach.

Only agree to a trade after a rate has been confirmed, and never send the full card number and PIN to anyone who hasn't verified your balance first through a legitimate channel.

Gift Card Coach checks the balance over WhatsApp and confirms a rate before paying out.

DSW gift cards only work in US stores and on dsw.com, not in Nigeria, which is why converting the card to naira is the practical route for a Nigerian holder.
