If your card came with an email, receipt or purchase confirmation containing specific balance instructions, keep that information handy. You will need an accurate balance before you request a selling rate.
2. Prepare the gift card
Once you have confirmed the balance, get the card ready for verification.
For a physical gift card, take a clear photo of the front and back. Make sure the card number and PIN or redemption code are visible if the card has one. Avoid scratching or peeling the PIN area roughly because damaged or unreadable card details can slow down verification.
If you still have the original purchase receipt, keep it nearby. A receipt can be useful during verification, particularly when you are selling a higher-value physical gift card.
For an e-gift card, keep the original email or digital delivery message available. Do not forward the code to an unknown person or post it publicly.
3. Contact Us
When your card is ready, click on the "Sell My Card" .Send us a message on WhatsApp and provide the card type, denomination and any other information they request. We will then confirm the current rate for your specific card before you proceed.
Once you agree to the rate, follow the verification instructions you receive. You will also be given a payout timeline before the trade is completed. After your card passes verification, your payment is sent to your bank account according to the confirmed payout process.
